bNear, founded in 2022 by Martin Lang, Fritz Fried, Sascha Theismann and Malte Hendricks, is moving under the umbrella of the Fürth-based Microsoft app company Solutions2Share.

For the Berlin-based venture capitalist allygatr, who was one of bNear's seed investors, the acquisition is also special news: "bNear is the first venture of allygatr to have made a successful exit." "A sale is not a matter of course, especially in this market environment, which is particularly challenging for startups," says allygatr founder Benjamin Visser. "It is a remarkable achievement for Malte and his team that they have found a strategic buyer for their solution in Solutions2Share, which will enable bNear to achieve great growth opportunities in the future."
