We have the right plan for your organization

bNear self-service licenses are purchased via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

Payment and billing is handled by Microsoft, e.g. the same way as your Microsoft 365 licenses are.

Purchasing and assigning the licenses must be done by your organisation's Microsoft Teams administrator!

Step 1: Purchase licenses

1. Log-in to Microsoft Teams Admin Center with an admin-account
2. Navigate to bNear's 'Plans & Pricing' section by clicking HERE
3. Choose your preferred License-Plan, the amount of licenses you want to buy (1 license per user) and place the order.
4. After a short loading screen, the 'Set-Up'-Button appears. Click it!
5. The licenses have been purchased! In the next step the licenses must be assigned to the respective users:

Step 2: Assign purchased licenses to users

1. Log-in to Microsoft Teams Admin Center with an admin-account
2. In the Teams-Admin-Center, Navigate to bNear's 'Licenses' section by clicking HERE and click 'Assign licenses'
3. Search for the respective users or teams to assign the licenses to, and click 'Assign'
4. DONE! After a few seconds the licenses have been assigned to the respective users, and the users are ready to go!
