The interactive screen on the bNear team-floor allows you to access your most important websites or web tools directly in bNear. Fill it via HTML embed or URL with any web content like a Miro board, Youtube video, PowerPoint presentation or a website. Here is how it works:

Content:

Embed website / web tool via URL

  1. Navigate with your web browser to the website / web tool you want to embed.
  2. Copy the URL (web address) to your clipboard.
  3. Paste the URL into the ‘Embed code or URL’ field when setting up the screen and click on ‘Set up screen’.

Embed website / web tool via embed-code

Many web tools allow the generation of a so-called embed-code in order to integrate its contents, for example, on the own website. These embed codes can also be used for embedding in the bNear screen. The basic procedure is always the same:

  1. Copy the embed code to your clipboard.
  2. Paste the code into the ‘Embed code or URL’ field when setting up the screen and click ‘Set up screen’.

👇🏽 Further below we show you some examples 👇🏽

⚠️ Some providers prevent the integration of their websites/web tools via iFrame. In this case the websites can’t be integrated in the screen. bNear will inform you in this case.

  2. Open the presentation in the PowerPoint web app (not desktop app).
  3. Go to ‘File’ > ‘Share’ > ‘Embed’.
  4. Now click on ‘Copy’ in the popup. The embed code is now in your clipboard.
